Orders are processed within 1–2 business days before shipping. You'll receive a tracking number by email once your order ships.
Yes! We offer free standard shipping on all orders of $75 or more (subtotal before taxes). Orders under $75 ship via standard shipping for $6.99. Express and Overnight shipping options are available for an additional fee regardless of order size.
Once your order ships, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number. You can use this tracking number on the carrier's website (USPS, UPS, or FedEx) to monitor your delivery status in real time. If you haven't received a tracking email within 3 business days, please contact us at [email protected].
We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with tags attached. To start a return, email us at [email protected] with your order number and reason for return. We'll provide return shipping instructions and a prepaid return label.
Once we receive and inspect your returned items, we'll process your refund within 5–10 business days. Refunds are issued to the original payment method used at checkout. You'll receive an email confirmation when your refund has been processed. Please allow additional time for your bank or PayPal to post the refund to your account.

Yes, we ship to Alaska and Hawaii! Standard shipping rates ($6.99) apply to AK and HI orders. Please note that orders shipping to Alaska and Hawaii are not eligible for the free shipping threshold ($75+). Delivery to AK and HI may take an additional 2–5 business days beyond our standard delivery estimates. Express and Overnight options may have limited availability for these states.
To keep your Passerin Nonpareil tee looking its best: Machine wash cold with like colors. Do not bleach. Tumble dry low or hang to dry (preferred). Wash inside-out to preserve graphic prints. Do not iron directly on printed areas. For tie-dye tees: wash separately for the first 1–2 washes to prevent color transfer. Proper care extends the life of your tee and keeps colors vibrant.

We sincerely apologize if your order arrives damaged or if you received the wrong item! Please email us at [email protected] within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the damage or incorrect item. We will immediately send you a replacement at no charge or issue a full refund — whichever you prefer. You don't need to return damaged items.
