Return & Refund Policy

At Passerin Nonpareil, operated by CREATE DREAM TECH LLC, your satisfaction is our top priority. We stand behind the quality of our products and want you to love every tee you receive. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, we're here to help.

Return Window

We accept returns for a full refund or exchange within 30 days of the delivery date. To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:

Item must be unworn and unwashed
Item must be in its original condition, free from odors, stains, or damage
Original tags must be attached
Item must be in its original or equivalent packaging

Returns requested after 30 days from the delivery date will not be accepted, except in cases of manufacturer defects or incorrect items (see below).

How to Start a Return

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

Email us at [email protected] with the subject line "Return Request — Order #[your order number]"
Include your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and your reason for the return
We will respond within 1–2 business days with return instructions and a prepaid return shipping label
Package your items securely and attach the provided return shipping label
Drop off the package at any USPS, UPS, or FedEx location as specified on the return label

Return Shipping

For items returned due to our error (wrong item sent, manufacturing defect, or damage during shipping), we provide a prepaid return shipping label at no cost to you.

For returns due to personal preference (e.g., changed your mind, sizing preference), we provide a prepaid return shipping label as a courtesy. The cost of the return label will be deducted from your refund amount only if your subtotal was under $75.

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund within 5–10 business days. You will receive an email confirmation once your refund has been processed.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method used at checkout:

PayPal refunds: Typically appear in your PayPal account within 3–5 business days after processing
Credit/debit card refunds: May take an additional 3–7 business days to appear on your statement, depending on your bank

Please note that original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Exchanges

We are happy to exchange items for a different size or color within 30 days of delivery. To request an exchange:

Email us at [email protected] with your order number, the item you'd like to exchange, and your preferred size/color
Exchanges are subject to availability
If the desired item is unavailable, we will offer a full refund
Exchanges are shipped via Standard Shipping at no additional charge

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or not what you ordered, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at [email protected] with:

Your order number
Clear photos of the damaged/defective/incorrect item
A brief description of the issue

We will promptly send you a replacement item at no charge or issue a full refund, whichever you prefer. You do not need to return damaged or defective items.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

Items that have been worn, washed, or altered
Items returned more than 30 days after delivery
Items without original tags attached
Final sale items (if applicable, these will be clearly marked at the time of purchase)

Order Cancellation

If you need to cancel your order, please contact us immediately at [email protected] or (213) 437-8891. We process orders quickly, and once an order has shipped, it cannot be cancelled. If your order has already shipped, you are welcome to return it within our 30-day return window.
