Shipping Policy

Thank you for shopping at Passerin Nonpareil, operated by CREATE DREAM TECH LLC. We are committed to getting your order to you as quickly and reliably as possible. Please read this Shipping Policy carefully to understand our shipping options, rates, processing times, and other important information.

Order Processing Time

All orders placed on Passerin Nonpareil are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays). Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing the following business day. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number once your order has been shipped.

During peak shopping periods (holidays, sales events), processing times may extend to 2–3 business days. We will notify you via email if there is a significant delay in processing your order.

Shipping Methods and Rates

We offer three domestic shipping options for all orders shipped within the contiguous United States:

Standard Shipping — $6.99

Delivery time: 5–7 business days after shipment.
Carrier: USPS, UPS, or FedEx (selected based on your location and package dimensions).
FREE Standard Shipping on orders $75 or more (subtotal before taxes and shipping). This promotion applies automatically at checkout when your order qualifies.

Express Shipping — 2.99

Delivery time: 2–3 business days after shipment.
Carrier: UPS or FedEx.
Express shipping is available for most US addresses and is a great option when you need your tees quickly.

Overnight Shipping — $24.99

Delivery time: 1 business day after shipment.
Carrier: FedEx Priority.
Overnight orders must be placed by 12:00 PM EST Monday–Friday to ship the same day. Orders placed after 12:00 PM EST will ship the following business day. Overnight delivery is not available on weekends or federal holidays.

Free Shipping Threshold

Orders with a subtotal of $75.00 or more qualify for free Standard Shipping (5–7 business days). The free shipping promotion is applied automatically at checkout based on your subtotal before taxes.

Important: The $75 free shipping threshold applies to orders shipped to the 48 contiguous United States only. Orders shipped to Alaska and Hawaii are not eligible for the free shipping threshold (see below).

Alaska and Hawaii Shipping

We are happy to ship to Alaska and Hawaii! Standard shipping rates ($6.99) apply to all orders shipped to Alaska (AK) and Hawaii (HI). Please note the following:

  • Orders to Alaska and Hawaii are not eligible for the free shipping threshold.
  • Delivery to AK and HI may take an additional 2–5 business days beyond our standard 5–7 business day estimate, for a total of 7–12 business days.
  • Express shipping to AK and HI may have limited availability and extended delivery windows.
  • Overnight shipping is not available to Alaska and Hawaii.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your order number and a tracking number. You can use the tracking number on the carrier's website (USPS.com, UPS.com, or FedEx.com) to track your package in real time.

Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update after you receive your shipping confirmation email. If your tracking shows no movement for more than 5 business days, please contact us at [email protected] or (213) 437-8891.

Shipping Address Accuracy

Please ensure that your shipping address is complete and accurate before placing your order. Passerin Nonpareil is not responsible for packages delayed, misdelivered, or lost due to an incorrect or incomplete shipping address provided by the customer.

If you realize you've entered an incorrect shipping address immediately after placing your order, please contact us at [email protected] right away. We will do our best to update the address before your order ships, but we cannot guarantee address changes once the order has entered our processing queue.

Undeliverable Packages

If a package is returned to us as undeliverable (due to an incorrect address, failed delivery attempts, or refused delivery), we will contact you via email. We can arrange for re-shipment (additional shipping fees may apply) or issue a refund for the cost of the items, minus the original shipping charges.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Passerin Nonpareil is not responsible for packages that are lost or stolen after being marked as delivered by the carrier. If your tracking information shows your package was delivered but you haven't received it, we recommend:

  • Checking with neighbors or other household members
  • Checking around your property (behind doors, side gates, etc.)
  • Contacting the carrier directly to file a claim
  • Contacting your local post office

International Shipping

Currently, Passerin Nonpareil ships within the United States only, including Alaska, Hawaii, and US territories (Puerto Rico, Guam, US Virgin Islands). We are actively working to expand our shipping capabilities internationally. Please sign up for our newsletter to be notified when international shipping becomes available.
